Equipment model LNT350: Bottom width 80-350mm, thickness 1-3.5 mm, waist height 40-100mm. 
Equipment model LNT400: Bottom width 80-400mm, thickness 1-4 mm, waist height 40-125  mm.
 
For every 0.5mm increase in material thickness, the volume of the machine becomes larger. For every 20mm increase in waist height, the height of the equipment increases by a section, and the rollers become one size larger.The same machine can process raw materials of different thicknesses, so the material also has a significant impact on the price of the equipment. However, the bottom width of CZ purlin has little impact on the price of the equipment.
 
The smaller the product specification is, the more difficult it is to ensure the pattern; the larger the product specification is, the higher the forming accuracy will be. Moreover, the forming of a Z-shaped purlin is more difficult than that of a C-shaped purlin. If the waist height of U-shaped purlin sections is relatively low and the flatness requirement is not high, the CZ steel machine can also occasionally produce U-shaped purlin.
 
The difference between front punching and rear punching:
The front punching adopts the front cutting method, without waste materials and with a fast speed. If the steel itself is not very flat, then the resulting plate shape will be affected. However, the machines in our factory have now solved this problem. The precision of the steel sections produced by our front punching method is as high as that of the rear punching method. Moreover, for the front punching, the punching position is relatively flexible.
The post-punching adopts the post-cutting method, which generates waste materials and is slow, but the precision of the formed purlin shape is very high.The positions for punching are also not flexible. The workstations for punching holes on the bottom surface can only be used for punching holes on the bottom surface, and those for punching holes on the waist can only be used for punching holes on the waist. The movement range of the punching workstations is small.
In addition, the force of the front punching is greater, while for materials with relatively high thickness and strength, the rear punching may result in the hole not being fully penetrated.
If the customer requests to add a front shearing system to the post-punching machine, then this front shearing cutter can only be used to cut the tail material.
The driving methods of CZ purlin making machine are divided into three types: hydraulic motor, ordinary motor and servo motor. Both the hydraulic motor and the ordinary motor drive methods belong to the traditional version. There is only one control cabinet with a screen to achieve simple operation.
 
The drive mode of the servo motor belongs to the intelligent version, which can be operated in conjunction with laptops and tablets. It features an intelligent system with more powerful functions and can export data. In addition to the one-click wake-up function by the buttons below, there is also a way to wake up by inputting numbers on the screen.
Although the CZ purlin-making machine of the PE version is driven by a servo motor, its intelligence level is lower than that of other versions. It only has the function of pressing a button to wake up and does not have the function of inputting a number to wake up.
The traditional control cabinet can only input 30 to 50 batches, but the intelligent system can input up to 5,000 batches. Moreover, the machines of the intelligent system have the function of dynamic display when producing products. Historical production data, equipment malfunctions and maintenance situations can all be found on the computer. The input efficiency of intelligent systems is higher than that of traditional control cabinets. Remote input can be achieved through computers or tablets, and it can be connected to the Internet or imported via a USB flash drive.
 
The PE version of the machine adopts a swing arm for front punching and has no front shearing. It only has one rear shearing.

For the same device, the servo drive mode can increase the efficiency by 30% to 50% compared with the ordinary drive mode.
